2. [No Inappropriate Content]: The use of these assets in any obscene, adult-only, pornographic, or otherwise strictly morally objectionable projects is prohibited.

3. [No Copyright Claim]: Intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Night Wings. You are not entitled to claim copyright or ownership of these assets.

4. [Resale Restrictions]: You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute these assets as standalone files. You may only distribute them integrated within your final project (e.g., a video game or application).

5. [Attribution]: This asset pack is free for commercial and non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions mentioned above. Attribution to Night Wings is greatly appreciated but entirely optional.
